I’m Michelle, a nutrition and wellness professional with a deep passion for helping others discover the healing power of food. Ten years ago, I was faced with my own set of health challenges and unwanted symptoms. It was only by taking a closer look at the food I was using to fuel my body that I was able to feel like myself again. I graduated from Arizona State University with bachelor’s degrees in U.S. History and Public Policy, but ever since then I have found myself gravitating back to my original passion—nutrition. That realization led me to earn a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University in 2024. As I work to earn my Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to pursue my passion and support others as they achieve their vision for wellness.

I truly believe that food is the foundation of overall well-being, and for that reason I take an abundance rather than restrictive approach to nutrition. My goal is to support individuals in developing personalized and sustainable nutrition plans that fit their unique needs and lifestyles. Beyond just diet, I take a holistic view of wellness, considering factors like stress, sleep, and physical activity to help my clients feel their best.

Outside of my work, I live in Gilbert, Arizona, with my partner and our two dogs—Bruno, a snuggly Rottweiler, and Jax, an energetic German Shepherd/Lab mix. I love to cook, especially experimenting with new flavors and wholesome ingredients. When I’m not in the kitchen or firing up the Blackstone, you’ll often find me lost in a fantasy novel, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or exploring the outdoors. Visiting national parks is one of my favorite hobbies—I’ve been to seven so far, and I’m always planning my next adventure!

If you’re looking to make positive changes to your eating habits and overall health, I’d love to be part of your journey. Let’s work together to create a balanced, sustainable approach to wellness that helps you feel your best!
